Layering contacts really isn't the greatest idea. It prevents oxygen from making it to the eye. There are people who do this, but only for short periods of time. It shouldn't be that bad if it's only for 4 hours. I'd say that yes, you can, but be careful with them, and don't leave them in for a long time.
It may feel a bit uncomfortable, as they'll be thicker with two pairs on.
I know there's coloured contacts which have the perks of normal contacts. So an all-in-one. I don't know the actual answer to the question though.
No, but you can get prescription glasses, which means you will still be able to see with them, they'll just be colored. <
