If you wanna lose weight, lose weight the healthy way. Put in the hard work. Eat a clean diet and workout at least 3x a week for an hour.
Anorexia is a mental illness. Having an eating disorder isn’t enjoyable. People that suffer from any eating disorder wish that they didn’t have that disorder. Sure at first they love it, but as time passes they begin to realize what the disorder is doing to them. Anorexia isn’t some fashion trend or a diet plan :( Anorexia is an eating disorder that kills millions each year. Anorexia shouldn’t be taken lightly! I have a good friend that suffered from severe anorexia for 5 years. She nearly died. She went from a healthy 130 lbs to an deadly 80 lbs. Anorexia almost killed her! It took her forever to recover. She is recovered now and is happy to be recovered and at a healthy 130 lbs again. Yes, she still struggles with the thoughts of not eating and that she’s too fat...etc..but she is glad that she isn’t anorexic and at death’s door step. Anorexia ISN’T a joke! I seriously hope for your sake you seek professional help. Talk to someone about it. Reach out for help. People that specialize in eating disorders. They’ll help you figure out if you have an eating disorder. I’m sorry if this was a little rude. But I’m just trying to help you.

Knowing you have a problem is the first step. Finding a safe and sane way to solve it is the next. Find someone to help you, to confide in, and not preach at you. Dieticians, weight loss clinics, fitness places come to mind. There is no quick fix to weight loss - even the surgery options are not all that quick. It will take time. A pinch of anorexia would come in helpful, to be sure, I'd like that myself sometimes. But it gets out of control and the anorexia kills the person. Their friends have to step in and save them from themselves.
Just start eating less and less. You'll probably die within a couple of years if you take that path.
However, if you are still a young teenager, then your puppy fat will disappear in another year or so and you will grow into a very healthy and good looking person.
It's up to you.
Being anorexic is seriously dangerous, too, but if you want to loose weight, only eat organic food (but do not stop eating completely; your metabolism will slow, making you gain weight once you finally do) and drink plenty of water, which should fill you up.
It's hard, but try to release your pent up anger and sadness through running. It honestly helps, and you'll feel much better about yourself.
Then go on a sensible diet and exercise. You didn't get fat overnight and you won't get slim overnight. Do the work. Don't be stupid.
