What is the best teen/child weight loose method?

I've literally tried every diet invented, gimmicks and all! I really hope you give this a shot, it's the only way that I was able to lose the weight and get support throughout the process! The key to losing and maintaining weight is to find a lifestyle you enjoy. Otherwise, you will jump from diet to diet, never to lose the weight which is VERY frustrating!! The way I did it was joined (free) healthsidekick.com .Super easy and you can do it for life, that was really important to me! I was introduced to it one day while logging on myfitnesspal. I absolutely LOVE it, it's so easy!! HSK gives you a "zero weight loss number" (based on your criteria) You either eat below your zero weight loss number to lose, at to maintain or above to gain...it's that simple! Tons of groups to join, I joined the low carb group called "Low Carb Lifestyle" but if that's not your gig then there are many other groups to join as well. They have live daily chat as well as scheduled chats for all HSK members to join in on (times vary). Tons of recipes, tips and advice in whichever group you choose to join or you can incorporate your own diet into the program. I also walk, jog or hike daily and do light weights 3 x a week but you can do whatever exercise you chose, just log it and HSK will adjust it into you zero weight loss number:) Anyways, Hope this helps:) Best of luck to you!

Early to rise and early to bed makes a teen healthy wealthy and wealth. Regular exercise or physical work will bring your weight loose.

..eat just half of the stuff you eat now and avoid fast food and sweet drinks like coke, lemonade and iced tea. Do some workout like push ups, sit ups and start jogging at least an half hour daily and you should loose weight for sure..

download a fitness app or calorie counter from app store these are really good :D or just eat healthy in small portions and go for evening runs or join the gym or go swimming every other morning

eating right and exercise.

stay off the junk and not become another victim of the arteriosclerosis and the health care system.

Puke up all the food you eat and look at pictures of skinny people to make yourself want to keep puking

I'm only saying this because you said "easy" and every good advice I see on this page has a dislike so I'm guessing it's from you if you don't want to work take the **** easy way out <
