Unfortunetly, despite public opinion and dozens of TV ads, you can't target fat on your body. The fat you put on first is also the last place you'll lose it. Men tend to put fat on their belly first. Women tend to put fat on their hips and butt first.
So you just have to lose fat by dieting. Most people find it pretty easy to cut 200 calories a day. 300 is bit harder but its a good goal.
Google "the NY Times Scientific workout" and the Men's Health 300 Moves workout. Both of those workouts are good for beginners and require no equipment.
Add a little bit of exercise and cut out a little bit of calories. The results won't be dramatic but this it the best way to do it.
Your body stores fat on a 'rolling stone' basis; the parts of your body that are most active can't store fat as easily as those that are moving around the least.
So you need to train these bodyparts the most, if you want to lose the fat stored there.
Any activity that moves your WAIST (this joint has three types of movement: bending, twisting and a 'sliding' motion that dancers call 'isolation') and your HIPS (this joint gives your legs a very large 'range-of-motion') repeatedly and powerfully, will help to tip the balance in favour of releasing fat for use as fuel, instead of storing it there.
Salsa dancing, Martial Arts (especially punchbag training for leg & foot strikes), Kayaking & Hula Hooping are all excellent ways to train these bodyparts specifically.
..yes you can do that. Try some workout with push ups, sit ups and jogging at least for an half hour daily.
Than start to eat healthy, that means more salads and fruits and avoid fast food and sweet drinks like coke, lemonade or iced tea, better drink water or green tea. When you count the calories, so not more than 1400 to 1600 a day than you will loose weight for sure and it can be up to 2-3 pounds in a week..
As per the age of yours waist size is more than it has to be. Go for regular gym & take nutrition diet as well. To reduce size use twister exercise for the maximum time & running in the morning for 10 minutes. You need to start doing squats and lower body workouts. Cardio is a great way to lose fat but dieting is the key. A diet to look at is the atkins diet. They start you off by cutting out a lot of carbs which get your metabolism going and then add them back on gradually.
My diet and work out plan might not work for you but I'll list the anyways.
- for breakfast I always have some type of vegetable soup with chicken feet or shrimp and vegetables with lime.
- drinks I always put chi seeds in my water(they make you go to the bathroom)
Try to cut back on salty foods, bread. Sometimes instead of chips I would make fruit smoothies or cut up sweat potatoes into Cubs boil them let them cool and eat them to replace sweets. Give your body what it needs not what it wants, it will change your whole life believe me.
As for working out, do what your body can handle. and wear a work out gertle
dont do spotreduce means doing crunches for stomach fat reduce
do cardio and lift weight you will lose more fat than spot reduction <
