tip no 1=dont spot reduce for example=if u do crunches for belly you are wasting time by doing cardio you will loose fat from your whole body

tip no 3 =start lifting heavy weights according a study in 2007 it stated that lifting weight burns more calories,increaseas metablism...i will recomend a combined session of 30 mins weight lifting and cardio would be great for u!
tip no 4=dont take stress..stress releases a hormone called "cortisol" this hormone will lower your weight loss process and might make you gain weight

for example=you will say i will workout 6 months and i will loose 20 lbs
Tip no 6=constantly tell yourself it will not happen in a day,week or a month

Drink more water!!! infact dont drink anything but water you will drop a bunch of calories. Excercise and watch what you eat. I swam and did the ethosien diet . Managed to lose 40 lbs in 13 week
