Medicare supplement?

AND your chiropractor has to agree to accept payment from Medicare as it is often just a small percentage of what the doctor charges. It also does not pay a penny for therapy after an adjustment...like ultrasound , electrical stimulation, etc.

Seems as though medicare has figured out that chiropractic is not essential to "health care" It's only a matter of time before chiropractic is dropped, and that will lead the way for insurance companies to follow.

Some do cover, but only for 'adjustments' to the lower back. Not the neck, or joints in limbs. Initial examinations and X-Rays are not covered. For Medicare to pay for your adjustments, they must be “medically necessary.”. Medicare does not pay for 'maintenance'. <
